Meowmy has been opening the windows nearly every day, and I’m really enjoying the fresh air and the smells that are carried in on the breezes.
I’ve seen a lot more birds at the feeder in the back yard, and two days ago, a great big brown hoppy thing went through the yard! Meowmy says it’s a bunny. I don’t know what it’s called, but it was funny to watch it hop! Ginger couldn’t keep her eyes off it – I think she wanted to see if she could catch it.
There are funny little furry things with bushy tails scampering along the branches of the trees in the yard – I remember seeing those before at our old house. I think they are called sqirls, if I remember right.
Meowmy is growing us a fresh pot of cat grass today – I’m really looking forward to it being ready, I’ve had a craving for fresh greens this week!
Gotta run, I’m being stalked by a certain “bengul” kitten…I’ll write again soon!
